We only send marketing or newsletter emails to recipients who have explicitly requested them. We do not buy, rent, scrape, or use third-party email lists.

New newsletter subscribers must confirm their subscription by clicking a verification link before receiving any marketing or newsletter emails. This ensures that only you can subscribe your email address to our newsletter.

Unsubscribe requests are processed immediately in our system when technically possible, and no later than 48 hours. Unsubscribed addresses are added to our internal suppression list and excluded from all future marketing campaigns.

If we receive a complaint notification or a hard bounce through our email delivery system, the affected address is automatically suppressed and excluded from future marketing emails.

8. Data Retention

We retain newsletter subscriber data:

  • While you remain subscribed
  • For up to 1 year after unsubscription (for compliance and analytics)

Our newsletters may include tracking pixels to measure:

This data helps us improve content relevance and quality. You can disable tracking by adjusting your email client settings.
